Hola!
Hoy traigo una receta de crepes. Están buenísimos, lo
prometo!
Hi!
Today I
bring a recipe for crepes. They are delicious, I promise! And the recipe
couldn´t be easier! They are a great breakfast to share with fruits. They are
made with whole grain flour and they are sugar and dairy free. What more could
we ask for!
Ingredients
(about 6 crepes)
- 2 egg whites + 1 complete egg (ecological)
- 250 ml almond or oat milk
- 100 gr whole grain flour (I´ve made them with spelt and wheat flour, and I like the result in both cases!)
- 10 drops of liquid stevia (If you don´t have it, you can replace with 3 table spoons of brown sugar)
Recipe
Put
the ingredients in a mixer and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
Leave
the mixture stand for at least 30 minutes in the refigerator (ideally 1 hour,
if you are not really hungry!).
In a
lightly greased non-stick pan, pour parts of the mixture. I use a medium pan, I
pour the mixture in the center and I tilt from side to side until it covers the
entire surface of the pan. Turn the crepes as soon as they are puffed and
bubbles form on surface. Let them a few seconds on the other side.
You can
fill them with fruits. I love them with strawberries and agave syrup chocolate flavoured!
Enjoy them!
